We use Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand Website traffic and interactions.
Google Analytics may process information about your device, approximate location, pages visited, traffic sources, and Website activity. Google Tag Manager manages the deployment of website tags; it is not itself an analytics report.

We use providers that help us operate the Website and respond to inquiries, including:

- Email and related infrastructure providers used to deliver form notifications and manage correspondence.
Authorized ShiftLift team members receive inquiry notifications and may respond directly using business email services.
Providers process information according to their roles, applicable agreements, and privacy notices. Where a provider acts on our behalf, we require appropriate protections for that processing.

5. Advertising and Use of Inquiry Information
We do not sell inquiry-form contact details to data brokers or advertisers.
The Website currently does not use advertising pixels or run targeted advertising campaigns. Google Analytics nevertheless involves sharing technical and usage information with Google, as described above. Your available tracking choices are explained in our Cookie Policy.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where European Economic Area or United Kingdom data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases, as appropriate:
- Legitimate interests: responding to business inquiries, managing business relationships, securing the Website, and preventing misuse, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Steps requested before entering a contract: where processing is necessary to address your request in preparation for a contract with you.
- Consent: for cookies and other processing where consent is required.
- Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

In determining retention, we consider:
- Whether your inquiry or demo request remains active.
- The nature and duration of our business relationship.
- Whether information remains useful for responding to your request.
- Applicable legal, security, and dispute-resolution needs.
- Your deletion requests and other privacy choices.
Cookie and analytics retention is also affected by the technologies and settings described in our Cookie Policy. Backup copies may remain until replaced or deleted through normal backup cycles.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
